I have previously seen other Puffbird species in Costa Rica and Brazil, but this was a new one for me.  As I indicated in the trip summary, I elected to leave my Tripod home, but I did bring and use my Monopod at times (with a Kirk BH-3 Ballhead and Wimberley Sidekick).  Unfortunately, I have no way to know which shots were taken with it.
