As I related before, I found this Egret wading on the shore on a pond very thickly covered with green algae while visiting the Charlotte Metro Zoo. I quickly put on my telephoto zoom, and slowly approached him, shooting as I got closer and closer. Canon 100-400 at 100 mm, ISO 100, f/5.6, 1/200 second, Center-Weighted Metering, EV +1, Hand-held.
