The last location of the trip was a hike into Carara National Park. While a flat trail, the weather here is typically quite hot and humid, and the ground muddy in places, conditions not very favorable for hefting the big 600L with tripod, so I usually just shoot with the 100-400. This beautiful Trogon was spotted along the trail, and stayed long enough to snap off a few quick shots.
