Costa Rica Photography Workshop

destinations -

my favorite locations - Cerro de la Muerte, staying at the Savegre Lodge - in
search of the Resplendant Quetzal, and we were not disappointed! We also

We then journeyed to the
I have posted 3 sets of images here, which I hope you will enjoy. I also took a fair amount of High Definition Video on this trip, and will start the editing work on this shortly. I hope to have an addition to my YouTube channel within a month or so.
Lastly, I continue to use the QStarz BT-Q1000 Platinum GPS Receiver to track my location while I'm shooting. Then using the program RoboGeo, I can put the latitude and longitude for each image into the EXIF or 'Metadata' for each file, so I know exactly where I was when the shot was taken. I can then create Google Earth files, to show the actual map locations for the photos, along with a thumbnail image. If you have Google Earth installed, you can click or download the following files to see where the photos were taken: Birds1, Birds2, Other.
