Crested Caracara in Flight with Fish

This was taken at the same time and location as the Scarlet Macaw flight shot.  It's a little hard to see at the 'web-size' resolution used here but this Caracara is carrrying a fish in its claws, and you can just see the forked tail just below its feet.  On closer inspection of a higher resolution version of this image, the fish seems to be quite 'chewed up,' as if it was already more than half eaten.  I'm still not sure what the story was with that fish.
