This Yellow-headed Caracara seemed almost curious about us.  It perched on the shore, right near the boat, and stayed in place as we drifted closer and closer.  The 600L lens has a minimum focusing distance of around 18 feet, and we soon got so close that I couldn't keep it in focus!
