Flesh Fly (Family Sarcophagidae) (I.D. courtesy of Peter May)

This was a tiny fly, much smaller than the usual "houseflies" we commonly see, and thanks to Peter May, is now known to be a Flesh Fly. It was also perhaps 4-5 mm in length. This shot was taken at f/16 using the set-up described on the Macro Gallery Home Page.
