Scarlet and Green Leafhopper

This is a tiny but beautifully colored insect, perhaps 3 mm in length. They were surprisingly common once I started looking for them - very easily overlooked because of their size and coloring which provides fairly good camouflage. This shot was taken at f/16 using the set-up described on the Macro Gallery Home Page.
