Hibiscus Bloom

My wife bought a few beautiful Hibiscus plants to set outside, and hopefully help attract some hummingbirds. I went outside to take a few shots of these blooms, but the 95+ heat and humidity quickly drove me inside. Instead, I brought the plants with me, and set up a 'mini-studio' to photograph them. I draped one of my portrait backdrops on a metal frame behind the flower, and used my two 550EX flashes, triggered by the ST-E2 mounted on the camera. One flash was below and slightly behind the flower, to create a little "backlight" effect. Canon 100 Macro lens, ISO 100, f/32, 1/200 second, tripod mounted.
