The drive from Te Anau to Milford Sound was actually quite interesting, with many excellent views of the mountains, rivers, etc. One major stopping point is at Homer Tunnel, where traffic goes in one direction at a time, so you often have a 15-20 minute or more wait before you can go through. I thought using a fisheye might help capture the uniqueness of this area, but it really doesn't do it justice.
