I'm not sure why, but this is one of my favorite pictures. These are such comical looking creatures, having this pair in the identical pose just makes them even more amusing. The original was actually in landscape orientation, but the space was to the left, away from where the birds were looking, and it just didn't look right. Canon 100-400, 1.4x II TC, at 265 mm, ISO 200, f/11, 1/250 second, Arca-Swiss Ballhead/Wimberley Sidekick/Gitzo Tripod (manual mode, manual focus).
