Our guide spotted this beautiful specimen as we were riding down the river, and we pulled over to the weedy area to try and shoot him as he would sporadically come out in the open from among the weeds where he was feeding. The movement of the boat and water, amplified by the movements of the various photographers on the boat, made shooting a challenge, especially for composition, at relatively long focal lengths.
