We came across this interesting little bird during one of our hikes, and the conditions were similar to when we shot the Green-fronted Lancebill.  It was in fairly deep shadows, but he was extremely cooperative, in posing for long periods of time.  I shot it with a variety of settings, with and without flash, varying ISO, etc., to try and get something useable, and preventing the background from being too dark.
