As we slowly hiked down the trail, we came across a pair of Rufous-tailed Jacamar perched on a branch, in plain sight. We immediately stopped, kept as quiet as we could, and shot. After some initial shooting, we gradually got a little bit closer, trying not to scare them off. If you look carefully you can see a little bug at the tip of this Jacamar's beak, which a few seconds later he fed to its mate. Again because of very limited light, I used flash to illuminate these birds.
