The Howler Monkeys were abundant right on the grounds of the Pachira Lodge, and they generally served as our 'alarm clock' in the morning. While walking from the Dining Building back to our rooms, we encountered a troop of Howler Monkeys crossing right above us, in the trees over the walkways. The first time we came across this, I didn't have my camera with me (!!!), but I came back again, and while they weren't as close as the first time, I was able to get a few shots.
